The 2nd Annual State of the Real Estate Market was held on Wednesday, January 18, 2012 from 10:00 am – 12:00 noon at the Holiday Inn – Bordeaux. Paul Bishop, PH.D, Vice President of Research at the National Association of REALTORS®, was the key note speaker. Mr. Bishop leads the department’s survey and market research activities, including real estate business analysis and policy issues. He  delivered valuable information about the current and future trends in real estate and the economy. Zan Monroe delivered the 2011 Fayetteville Regional Association of REALTORS® sales numbers and discussed the trends in the market for 2012.
