Fayetteville Regional Association of REALTORS® is excited to announce a new marketing enhancement available to our REALTOR® members at no additional cost.  We have selected a program called ListHub.com to provide a listing syndication service.

Effective immediately, all listings will be automatically sent to the following real estate search websites for broad exposure to potential buyers:  Google Base, Yahoo! Real Estate, Trulia, Zillow, Homescape, MyREALTY, CLR Search, AOL Real Estate, Vast, Oodle, Hotpads.com, Cyberhomes, FrontDoor and many more!

Leads generated from the advertising will be passed through to your firm at no additional cost.

ListHub also provides an interface allowing you to control many aspects of your advertising.

1. Control the email address where you will receive leads

2. Make a request for consumers to be directed to your brokerage Web site

3. Upload your company logo to brand your listings

4. Opt-out of any Internet marketing channels you do NOT wish to display your listings

UPGRADE

The ListHub upgrade provides reporting on the traffic to your online listings,

both for the brokerage, as well as for individual listings (great for sharing with sellers).
