Supra KeyBox System

Real estate professionals know that using an organized Multiple Listing Service is the fastest way to find the perfect properties for their buyers. They also understand how easy it is to show those properties and to track showing activity at their own listings using the networked electronic KeyBox System from Supra, a UTC Fire & Security company.

The Fayetteville Regional Association of REALTORS® offers the following Supra Key options:

ActiveKEY

ActiveKEY provides an efficient way for real estate professionals to access KeyBoxes and to receive information about showings and more. ActiveKEY is the first lockbox key designed by real estate professionals. ActiveKEY keeps itself updated 24/7 through frequent cellular connections with the Supra network, and includes many agent-friendly features.

eKEY

Using eKEY software turns your smartphone into a lockbox key. You may use your BlackBerry, iPhone, or Android powered phone.  There are two service levels available: eKEY Basic which provides basic keybox functions. eKEY Professional adds MLS data saved to your phone, links Google maps to the listings, and delivers showing details to your phone.

BlackBerry phones and Android powered phones require the use of the eKEY Fob to access the iBox.  iPhones require the use of an eKEY Adapter to access the iBox

iBox

The Supra iBox is an electronic keybox that is placed on listings and holds the listing’s keys. The iBox can be accessed using a Supra eKEY or ActiveKEY. The iBox uses infrared technology to communicate with Supra Keys.

Supra iBoxes can be purchased directly from the Association office.

If you would like to obtain a Supra Key, please call the Association office at (910) 323-1421 to schedule an appointment. Appointments are available Monday thru Friday 9:00am to 12:00pm and 2:00pm to 4:00pm.
